1. What Sound Clarity Does
Sound Clarity is an informational music-awareness tool designed to help parents, guardians, and other responsible adults better understand songs, lyrics, themes, translations, possible meanings, cultural context, and related media. Depending on the features available, Sound Clarity may allow users to search for a song, scan a screenshot, submit a lyric excerpt, provide an audio snippet, request a translation, review a content summary, or view a rating or concern category.
Sound Clarity does not guarantee that any result, report, rating, translation, lyric match, song match, artist match, explanation, score, age suggestion, or content warning is accurate, complete, current, safe, appropriate, lawful, or suitable for any particular child, family, school, faith community, or household.
2. Informational Use Only
Sound Clarity is not a child-safety product, parental-control product, content blocker, monitoring service, emergency service, legal service, medical service, psychological service, religious authority, school authority, or substitute for parental supervision. You are responsible for deciding whether any song, video, artist, album, performance, social-media content, or other media is appropriate for your household.
You should independently review the underlying content and use your own judgment before making decisions for a child, student, family, classroom, or community.
3. AI, Automation, and Interpretation Limits
Some Sound Clarity features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated systems, translation tools, public information, third-party sources, or human-assisted review. These tools can make mistakes. They may misunderstand context, misidentify a song or artist, match incorrect lyrics, mistranslate language, miss slang or cultural nuance, overstate concerns, understate concerns, or generate analysis that sounds confident but is incomplete or inaccurate.
Any Sound Clarity output should be treated as an informational interpretation based on available materials. It is not a definitive statement of fact, official rating, legal conclusion, professional recommendation, or guarantee.
4. Eligibility and Intended Users
Sound Clarity is intended for parents, guardians, and other responsible adults. You must be old enough to use Sound Clarity under the laws of your location. If you are using Sound Clarity on behalf of a family, organization, school, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Sound Clarity is not intended for children under 13. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors and managing access to apps, websites, music, media, and online services.
5. User Submissions
You may be able to submit song titles, artist names, lyrics, screenshots, audio snippets, translations, links, issue reports, feedback, support messages, or other content. You are responsible for anything you submit.
By submitting content to Sound Clarity, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person or entity. You should not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, private, confidential, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized material. You should avoid submitting personal or sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested analysis.
You grant Sound Clarity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, host, store, reproduce, analyze, translate, display, modify, and use your submissions as reasonably necessary to provide the service, improve the product, maintain cached results, review issues, respond to support requests, enforce our policies, and comply with law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Sound Clarity. You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, submit harmful or unlawful material, attempt to bypass security, scrape or bulk-download data without permission, reverse engineer the service, interfere with app operations, submit malware, impersonate another person, misrepresent your rights, or use outputs in a misleading way.
You may not use Sound Clarity as the sole basis for decisions involving safety, discipline, education, medical care, mental health, legal rights, religious determinations, or any other high-impact decision. Sound Clarity is one informational tool and should be used with independent review and judgment.
7. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Paid Features
Sound Clarity may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, credits, or other purchase options. Paid features may include expanded searches, faster analysis, additional reports, saved history, scan features, translation features, or other functionality described in the app at the time of purchase.
Before you subscribe or purchase, the app should show the price, billing period, what is included, whether the subscription renews automatically, and how to cancel. If Sound Clarity uses Apple in-app purchases, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by Apple under Apple’s terms and policies. If Sound Clarity uses another payment provider, that provider’s terms may also apply.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. Deleting the app may not cancel a subscription. You should cancel through the App Store, payment provider, or subscription-management method used for your purchase.
