A short description of what happened
Please do not send unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information. If a screenshot includes private messages, names, profile photos, notifications, or other personal details, please crop or blur that information when possible.
Billing and Subscription Notes
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, Apple may manage billing, cancellation, and refund requests. We can help point you to the right place, but some billing actions may need to be completed directly through Apple or the payment provider used for your purchase.
