1. Third-Party Music and Content
Sound Clarity may reference songs, lyrics, artists, albums, music videos, screenshots, translations, public metadata, streaming-platform information, or other music-related content for purposes such as identification, commentary, criticism, research, education, parental awareness, contextual explanation, and informational analysis.Clarity provides informational analysis and context about songs, lyrics, themes, translations, artists, screenshots, audio snippets, and related content. Sound Clarity does not guarantee that any song, video, artist, lyric, translation, theme, rating, score, age suggestion, summary, label, report, or result is accurate, complete, current, safe, appropriate, lawful, or suitable for any particular child, family, school, faith community, or household.
Sound Clarity does not claim ownership of songs, lyrics, sound recordings, musical compositions, artist names, album names, album artwork, videos, trademarks, logos, platform names, screenshots, or other third-party content. Those materials belong to their respective owners.
2. No Affiliation or Endorsementuarantee of Accuracy
References to artists, songs, albums, labels, publishers, streaming services, social-media platforms, lyrics providers, app stores, or other third-party services do not mean that Sound Clarity is affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, endorsed by, or officially connected to those parties.
Third-party names and materials may be referenced only to identify, describe, analyze, explain, translate, or provide context about music-related content.
3. Lyrics, Screenshots, Audio Snippets, and Translations
Sound Clarity may process lyrics, screenshots, audio snippets, translations, and scan inputs to provide results. Some of this material may be submitted by users, obtained from permitted sources, generated through automated analysis, or used for identification and commentary.
Users should not submit content they do not have the right to submit or content that violates another person’s rights. Users should also avoid submitting unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information in screenshots or other materials.
4. No Music Ownership or Redistribution
Sound Clarity is not a music streaming service, music download service, piracy tool, file-sharing service, or replacement for licensed music platforms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sound Clarity does not sell, license, or claim ownership of third-party songs, recordings, compositions, lyrics, album art, videos, or artist materials.
Sound Clarity is intended to provide informational analysis and context, not to let users unlawfully download, save, convert, copy, redistribute, or monetize third-party music or video content.
5. Rights-Holder Concerns
If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe content on Sound Clarity improperly uses, references, displays, links to, summarizes, translates, or describes your intellectual property, please contact us.

Identify the song, lyrics, recording, album art, video, trademark, image, or other content involved.

Provide the app screen, URL, screenshot, scan result, or other details that help us find the material.
Nature of concern
Explain whether the issue involves copyright, trademark, attribution, inaccurate information, unauthorized display, translation, screenshot use, or another concern.
Requested action
Tell us whether you are requesting correction, removal, attribution review, limitation, or another action.
Authority statement
Confirm that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
6. How We May Respond
After receiving a rights-holder concern, Sound Clarity may review the material and take action we consider appropriate. This may include correcting information, updating a result, limiting access, removing material, disabling a result, adding context, contacting the reporting party, requesting more information, or declining to make a change.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that Sound Clarity will remove, modify, disable, restore, or change any material. Some references may be retained where we believe they are lawful, permitted, licensed, informational, nominative, commentary-based, or otherwise appropriate.
7. Repeat or Abusive Reports
Sound Clarity may decline to act on reports that are incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, automated, duplicative, misleading, or submitted by someone who does not appear to have authority to act for the rights holder.
8. Inaccurate Result Reports Are Separate
If your concern is that Sound Clarity returned the wrong song, wrong artist, wrong lyrics, wrong translation, wrong rating, or another inaccurate result, please use the Report an Issue page or contact support@soundclarity.app with the subject line:
